Our Story
Heather, a mum of three. Based in the heart of KZN Ballito. Being a stay home mum for years and having to relook at how to stimulate children with ADHD & High anxiety.
After having to re-look at conventional schooling I decided to homeschool one out of my 3 Children. One with extreme high anxiety and relying on tools to overcome day to day tasks. One decision was to minimise medication. Followed by a healthy diet and to eliminate toxin & inflammatory of the brain. One extra tool found extremely useful when younger was to wear a soft chewable necklace, this helped with the extreme anxiety, e.g. when having to face going to school face crows or entire shopping mall’s etc. The chewable chain would act as a safety blanket and my child seemed more relaxed once she had something else to focus on rather than crowds of people.
